Fantastic auto care center. Fair, honest, and open. GREAT communications -- kept me informed at all points. Did what was best for me and my vehicle and my wallet. Steve is outstanding at what he does and knows what he's talking about and communicates well. Tom is the diamond in this place's crown: genuinely listens, cares about the customer, works hard, and knows what he's talking about.

Great service! I made an appointment ahead of time to get all new tires and then they also alerted me that I need an oil change and all of that only took two hours. The employee helping me was very friendly and explain everything thoroughly. Great location!

Best in the business. I got my tires for my Mercedes from here. Every other tire shop I called didn’t have my tire in stock and it would have to be ordered. They installed them and had great road side warranty plan as well. They are super respectful and responsive getting the job done.

I made an appointment online to replace the tires on my Jeep with the same ones I already had. Firestone called to let me know that no location in Northeast Ohio had the tires I requested, so I asked if they could recommend something similar. They actually found a better option with less road noise and a warranty, which the tires I originally chose did not have. They were able to get me in within four hours, and my Jeep was finished and ready to go in about an hour and a half. The entire process was super convenient, quick, and easy. Everyone was very helpful, especially for someone who just needed dependable everyday tires and wanted help choosing the best option. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was taken care of. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services—which I really appreciated. The team worked efficiently, and my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. It’s rare to find a place with both great service and honest people, but Firestone really delivers on both. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
